- HOW DO I PAY?

For now, we only accept manual bank deposit or online fund transfer to our BDO (Unibank), MAYA wallet and GCASH accounts. Account details will be provided during your check out process.
- HOW SOON SHOULD I SETTLE MY PAYMENT?

We recommend to settle your payment ASAP as we our on a 'FIRST PAID FIRST SERVED' basis since most of our products are produced in limited quantity only. We will reserve your order for 2 hours from your check out time. If not paid in the given time, your order will be voided automatically so the product/s will be available to the next customer.

WHERE CAN I SEND MY RECEIPT / PROOF OF PAYMENT?

HOW DO I KNOW MY SIZE?

We highly suggest that you thoroughly check our size guide before finalizing your orders as we discourage size exchange especially during this time of pandemic. Check size chart HERE

DO YOU ACCEPT ITEM & SIZE EXCHANGE?

Yes we do ONLY IF: 1. Item/s are damaged 2. Wrong design/item/size delivered. We would be happy to replace them with a new one. Shipping expenses will be on us.

To process: Send us a direct message on Instagram or email us at shopandpaul@gmail.com with the ff: Complete Name, Order No, Phone/Mobile No, Email Address, Reason for Exchange, Item photo reference (With Subject: Item Exchange)
- Take note: Request for exchange must be sent to us within 24 hours upon receipt of the package and product must be shipped or forwarded to the courier in 2 days max. To be eligible for an exchange, item must be in good condition, unworn or unused, price tag & hangtag are still intact and with undamaged brand packaging. Shipping expenses will be paid by the customer.

As much as possible, we prevent size exchange especially during this time of pandemic. This is to lessen the risk of virus exposure to everyone. WHAT IS YOUR DELIVERY LEAD TIME & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
1. Regular Courier

Metro Manila: 2-3 business days standard

Luzon & VisMin: 3-5 business days standard
* Holidays and Natural Calamity situations excluded. Count of days will start from the forwarding date to our courier which you will be notified along with the shipment tracking number via sms/instagram/email.
- Please take note that we use 3rd party delivery services so we don't have any control of their operation. Should you need further assistance, we would be glad to assist you.
2. Same / Next Day Delivery
We also accept same/ next day delivery via Grab or Lalamove within Metro Manila and nearby provinces only. Order cut off for same day delivery is 12PM. Delivery will be processed from 2-5pm the same / next day. Monday - Saturday only.

- Normally, it takes 12-24 hours for the tracking no. to reflect on their system from the time your parcel was forwarded.
- Please take note that we use 3rd party delivery services so we don't have the full control with their shipments. Should you need further assistance, we would be glad to assist you.

Currently, we only deliver locally (Philippines). We do accept on a case to case basis with minimum purchase required. Message us on Instagram or email us for details.
